Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of a mixed-race family from South London in England. Madekwe is English, and her father is Nigerian. Her family was raised on a south London council estate and attended The Brit School at age 14. She pursued acting studies in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. At school, she was a part-time actor in several stage productions, including the King Henry V's Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe began her acting career through the film Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making guest appearances in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's breakout came with 2007's Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream. It was in the role of Colin Farrell (who played the character of Cassandra) as well as Ewan McGrath. The film's success resulted in her being cast as Elisha in a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in the six-episode series Trexx & Flipside playing the character of Ollie. In the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl featured her in 2008 as Bambi. Madekwe was also a part of 2008's comedy How to Alienate and Lose Friends. Performance credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes at The CW, and was later removed from the air. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. After being a regular for the initial two seasons the show was announced late May 2013 that Madekwe would leave the show after an appearance as a guest in the premiere episode in the season's third. She played Tituba in the show Salem between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe got married to her long-time partner, Iddo. Apart from Secret Diary of a Call Girl they also appeared together on Salem and also he played a part alongside her in that TV show.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in the large family. She was born to Patty and Roy Leggat. Ashley Leggat joined Roy and Patty as well her older siblings: Brett, Todd and Bram and Rob. All of her brothers were athletic and played baseball and hockey in the winter as well as in the summer. They grew up playing stadiums and played baseball. Ashley was not a walker, but she would dance. In the age of two and half she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley fell in love with dance at this age. Ashley was a top competitor in divisions of tap, jazz hip hop, ballet the lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe until she graduated high school. In addition, she won best soloist awards at all important dance competitions including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
